Our Staff

Cindy Payne is our office manager. She ensures the smooth running of the day to day activities of the office. She is responsible for answering most billing and insurance questions.

Yaneth Cisneros is our receptionist and schedules most appointments. She also handles any letters that need to be sent and insurance questions.

Beverly Bower is responsible for the medical records of our patients. She is the one to contact to obtain copies of medical records or to have these copies sent elsewhere.

Maria Addison is the medical assistant who assists with examinations and office procedures. She is available to answer clinical questions or to help follow up on clinical reports.

Marla Unger is the surgical scheduler. She works with patients to have tests, exams and surgeries scheduled as expeditiously and efficiently as possible.

Norma Applewhite is a registered nurse who assists Dr. Bourland and Dr. Ganaraj in the operating room.
